    Shell Pearls are synthetic pearls coated with layers of nacre, also known as mother of pearl, a material found in natural pearls. Why Shell Pearls?

    Waterproof & Tarnish Resistant?

    All our jewelry are PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plated, a high-tech coating process used to deposit multiple layers of 18K Gold/Platinum on each jewelry piece, providing a perfect barrier against moisture, scratches, tarnishing, and corrosion.
    Our Premium Stainless Steel material does not corrode, tarnish or get scratches easily, making it durable for everyday wear.

    Hypoallergenic, how?

    18K Gold contains less metal alloy than other commonly used materials such as 14K Gold or brass, making our jewelry less likely to cause allergic reactions.
    Stainless Steel is a highly hypoallergenic material, which is widely used for surgical purpose. Even if the 18K Gold plating fade over time, it won't cause allergies or leave green marks on your skin like other materials, such as brass.
    Unlike traditional plating methods, our PVD plating involves no harmful chemical, both to the environment and human, therefore, 100% safe to wear even for the most sensitive skin.

    Why 18K Gold? Not 14K or 24K?

    Although 14K Gold is more durable due to its higher alloy content, 18K Gold contains less allergens and offers a richer color and more luster (18K Gold contains 75% pure gold, while 14K Gold has 58.3%). Striking a balance between safety, beauty and durability.
    24K Gold is too soft and too easy to scratch and bend for daily wear. And of course, it's more expensive. Therefore, 18K Gold is a more practical choice for fine jewelry without compromising on quality.
