FAQs

What is not covered?

  • If your piece or part of the piece is lost, stolen, intentionally damaged or damaged by a third party.
  • If your piece is altered in any way, trimmed or re-painted/ re-plated.
  • If your piece is damaged due to negligence or mistreat. Please note that delicate items, such as thin chains or tennis bracelets, are not designed to be twisted or pulled, so be careful when opening/closing clasps or getting caught on clothing.
  • Pearls.  Please note that discoloring and scratches on Pearls are excluded from our warranty coverage, as they are sensitive to environmental factors, chemicals and wear, which are not manufacturing defects. We recommend handling them with care and storing them properly to maintain their beauty.
  • Sterling Silver. It tarnishes naturally over time, which is not a manufacturing defect. To prevent discoloration, we recommend regular cleaning and polishing to restore its shine. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals, chlorine, perfumes, lotion or cleaning products. While not wearing, store the necklace in the dust bag to avoid from exposure to air and moisture.

What if your piece loses its shine, do I need to send it back?

Any jewelry might lose its shine when a layer of dirt or grease developed on it over time. We recommend a gentle clean with the following steps to restore it:

  • Create a mixture of a few drops of mild dish soap and warm water
  • Soak your piece in it for a few minutes and use a soft brush or cloth to gently clean it.
  • Rinse it, pat dry and polish it with a microfiber cloth.

What if your piece loses a gemstone?

If the stone is dislodged due to manufacturing defect, we will replace it for free. Otherwise, we can also replace the stone for you at a fee depends on the availability and price of the stone.
